This Privacy Policy explains how Affiance Insurance Agency, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit our website (the “Site”), request a quote, or contact us.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a quote, contact us, submit a policy service request or subscribe to our emails, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, the type of coverage you are interested in, and details about vehicles, drivers, property or equipment needed to quote or service a policy.
Information collected automatically. Our servers and security services record technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, the pages you request and the date and time. We use this to deliver and secure the Site.
Cookies. The Site uses only cookies needed for it to work and stay secure (for example, security and spam-protection cookies). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Embedded services, such as our scheduling calendar and map, may set their own cookies.
How we use information

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. To quote or place coverage, we share the information needed with the insurance companies we represent, as you request.

- Cloudflare – website delivery, security and spam protection (Turnstile).
- DigitalOcean – website hosting (United States).
- Twilio SendGrid – delivery of form notification emails.
- Akismet (Automattic) – filters spam from form submissions.
- Wordfence – website security and firewall.
- Jotform – some policy service and change forms are hosted by Jotform, under its own privacy policy.
- NowCerts – our client login portal.
- Calendly – appointment scheduling.
- Mailchimp (Intuit) – our email newsletter, if you subscribe.
- Google – fonts and the map on our site are loaded from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.
We may also disclose information if required by law or regulation, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
How long we keep information
We keep quote requests and client records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet the record-keeping requirements that apply to insurance agencies, and then delete them. Server and security logs are kept for a limited period and deleted on a rolling basis.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, subject to any records we are required to keep. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, firewalls and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it.
